International orders may take longer to arrive.

Tracking numbers will be sent the night the order is shipped.

We ship with USPS.

Items may take 1 to 4 business days to ship but generally ship the next business day.

All Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

Returns

We must be contacted within 7 days from day received. Contact sales@shipmyshades for return number. After we receive the item we do inspection and if item is in original condition we refund your account. Restocking fee 15%. For international shipping make sure You put in custom papers that it is a return of merchandise so we don't have to pay customs fees and duties. Shipping cost for international shipping not refundable and customer return shipping cost at customer expense. For domestic with free shipping we take 10 usd off, otherwise shipping cost is not refundable and return shipping cost is customer responsibility.

If you need to return or exchange an item please e-mail sales@shipmyshades.com to be issued a return number. Do not return items without contacting us first. We will provide you with a return address and a return number. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery of your order. Any orders that are not postmarked within 30 calendar days will not be accepted.

Please note that if you selected the FREE SHIPPING option your refund will be deducted $10 for shipping and credit card processing fees. Customer is responsible for any and all costs of return shipping unless otherwise noted by ShipMyShades.com
